- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- pinch of Five Spice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1tsp chicken stock
- 1tsp malt vinegar
- 1 cup water
- Put all ingredients in a pan
- Bring to boil
- Add chicken pieces, keep lid on
- lower heat a bit
- turn pieces until cooked
- takes about 3/4 hour
